What are your hours of operation?
Of course, gigisboutique.net is up and running 24/7, but our store is only open Monday-Friday 10am-6pm and Saturday 10am-3pm CST. We are also closed on all federal holidays.
How can I contact you?
The most efficient way to contact us is to email email@example.com or call 931-456-0003. We receive numerous calls a day so if we do not answer please leave a message and a customer service representative will get back to you as soon as possible.
Can I change my order once it's been submitted?
Yes. But you must call us immediately at 931-456-0003 after the order is placed in order to do this. We recommend calling within the first 2 hours of placing the order to make sure that the changes are made before the order is shipped. Depending on the length of the queue, your order may or may not ship the same day.
How long will it take for me to receive my order?
Once you place your order, we require between 2-4 days to process it and ship (just to be safe!). Once you receive a shipment confirmation that your order is on it's way, you can expect your package to arrive within 1-7 business days via First Class or Priority Mail through the United States Postal Service.
What is your return policy?
All returns must be made within our 14 day guideline. Upon receipt of your return we will offer an exchange, refund, or gift card. Please see our Returns page to inquire about making a return!
Do you offer international shipping?
At this time we only offer shipping to states in the U.S.
How will I know when you have processed my return?
You will receive an email stating that we have received your return through our Returns Manager Page. You will be updated periodically with what stage your return is at. Please give us 3 days upon delivery of your return to process them as we have a multitude of returns each week.
Do you offer a print catalog that can be mailed to me?Not at this time.
I am trying to order online, but it keeps telling me my billing information doesn't match. What should I do?
Make sure the billing address you are entering is where the credit card statement is received. Your shipping and billing can still be different. For example, if you live on a college campus but you are using a parent's credit card, you will need to enter the address of where the credit card statement is received for the billing information.
I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?
We strive to send you the correct product upon every single order. Please know that we are all human, and do make mistakes from time to time. If we sent you the incorrect item, please send the item back to the address located on the Returns page or contact our Customer Service department at firstname.lastname@example.org, so we can make it up to you as fast as we can.
I can’t find where to enter the code?
From a computer: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top right hand corner of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next you will need to fill out the customer information on the left side of the screen, unless you have an account with us and it is already filled out for you. Then on the right side of the screen, you will see a list of the items you are purchasing along with your total. Above the "total" is a box that says "gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit "Apply". Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.
From a mobile device: After adding all the items to your cart that you would like, view your cart by clicking on the shopping cart icon in the top of the screen. Once viewing your cart, double check to make sure sizes and quantities are correct then click on the "Check out" button. Next it will bring you to the page where you will need to fill out the customer information, unless you have an account with us and are signed in. At the top of this page, there is a drop down box that says "Show order summery". Click this to drop the box down. You will then see a summary of the items you are purchasing followed by a box that says "Gift card or discount code". This is where you will need to enter in your gift card or discount code and hit the arrow button to apply. Please make sure your discount or gift code is applied to the total before selecting the "Complete Order" button.
What if my code says it does not belong to me?
The promotional codes are associated with email addresses. Make sure you’re using the same email address the code was sent to, as the address associated with your account. If you are unable to match up the email address, send us an email or give us a call! We’re more than happy to help you out!
Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?
Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a store credit code on one order.
Is your website secure?
Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (ssl) to encrypt the communication. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience and so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
