What are your hours of operation and how can I contact you?

Gigisboutique.net is up and running 24/7, but you can conveniently get in-touch with us about your order, inquiries, or general questions by emailing CustomerCare@gigisboutique.net on Monday-Friday from 10am-5pm. If you reach out to us during the weekend or federal holiday, you will receive a response the next business day.

 

Can I change my order once it's been submitted?

Absolutely! If you need to change your order, email us at CustomerCare@gigisboutique.net within 1 hour of when you placed the order. We will cancel the order, email you a store credit, allowing you to submit a new order with the correct item or size.

 

How long will it take for me to receive my order?

Once you place your order, we require between 1-4 business days to process and ship. Once you receive a shipment confirmation that your order is on its way, you can expect your package to arrive within 3-10 business days via standard delivery through the United States Postal Service.

 

What is your return policy?

Merchandise may be returned for store credit only within 14 days of placing your order—we will deny returns after the 14 days of purchase. Returns must be unworn and unwashed with the original tags attached. After receiving your return, your exchange will be processed within 5 business days and a store credit will be emailed to the email address listed on your account when your order was placed. Shipping charges are not refundable. You may not return: Sale/clearance items, swimwear, cosmetics, jewelry, lingerie, sunglasses, scarves, belts, and gift certificates.

 

I have received the incorrect item, what do I do?

Please know that we are all human and do make our fair share of mistakes. If we sent you the incorrect/damaged item, you must contact us at CustomerCare@gigisboutique.net within 5 days of receipt. One of our team members will let you know the next step to take in returning the item.

 

Do you offer international shipping?

At this time we only offer shipping to states in the U.S.

 

I am trying to order online, but it keeps telling me my billing information doesn't match. What should I do?

Make sure the billing address you are entering is the same address the credit card statement is received. Your shipping and billing can still be different. For example, if you live on a college campus but you are using a parent's credit card, you will need to enter the address of where the credit card statement is received for the billing information.

 

Can I use multiple discount codes for one order?

Unfortunately, our site only allows for one discount code to be used per order. However, you can use a discount code and a store credit code on one order.

 

Is your website secure?

Yes, our site is secure. On any page where we ask you to enter personal information, we use secure socket layer (SSL) to encrypt the communication. We use “cookies” to keep track of your current shopping session to personalize your experience so that you may retrieve your shopping cart at any time.
